1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Cancellation Within 24 Hours
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation, provided the order has not yet entered processing or shipment. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
1.2 Cancellation Within 48 Hours
If cancellation is requested within 48 hours of payment and the order has already entered processing, we reserve the right to deduct up to 10% of the total order value to cover administrative, handling, and processing costs.
1.3 Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been dispatched to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be canceled. Customers must wait to receive the goods and follow the return procedure outlined below.
2. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving their order.
To qualify for a return:

3. Return Procedure

Upon approval, return instructions will be provided. Items returned without authorization may be refused or returned to sender at the customer’s expense.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. norielle-edmonton is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
4. Refund Processing
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued within 3 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping fees (where applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the returned item shows signs of use beyond reasonable inspection.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.
Upon verification, we will offer:

6. Return Shipping Responsibility
If the return is initiated for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, sizing issue, preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to our error, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Return shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. This includes items that:
