How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email info@norielle-edmonton.com and include your order number together with the reason for the return. Our support team will respond with the full return instructions.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or faulty.
30-Day Return Period
You may return items within 30 days of delivery if the fit is not right or if you have changed your mind.
No Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking or handling fees. There are no hidden costs involved in the return process.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional time to complete the refund transaction.
Order Cancellations
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us at info@norielle-edmonton.com within 2 hours of placing your order.
After this timeframe, cancellations are no longer possible because your order may already be in processing. In that case, you can still return the item after delivery according to this policy.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please mention this in your return request email. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
